New Forspoken Collection Revealed

To celebrate the upcoming release of Forspoken, the Luminous Productions team is proud to present the new Forspoken Collection. We are so excited to finally introduce this lineup!

Equipment inspired by the Forspoken art movement

We were very pleased with the result, especially the combination of the Forspoken logo, additional details and other design elements. We love how game design inspiration is used to present a modern take on the fantasy world.

Although Forspoken is a game with a complex design, filled with many surprises and details, its main concept is "a fusion of modernity and fantasy". The main story, Frey traveling from the modern present into a fantasy world, is a clear representation of this concept. In terms of conceptual art, our goal is to create a new identity with fantastic symbolism and combine it with a contemporary sensibility.

Logo on T-shirt and coin: gold as main color

In the world of Forspoken, gold symbolizes magical power. Similarly, in the modern world we live in, gold and magic have been closely linked since ancient times. For example, alchemy involves the use of magic to create gold. In addition, from an economic point of view, gold has an intrinsic value that will always make it special to people. We used the magic of gold as the main color when creating the Forspoken universe.

This new range of shirts and coins allows gamers to bring a little Forspoken golden magic into their daily lives.

Jacket: Emblem on Frey's pants.

Do you recognize the coat of arms on this jacket? If yes, then you have good eyes! This emblem appears in-game on Frey's jeans and is a subtle detail that perhaps not everyone is familiar with. The motif of this coat of arms is Frey's right hand, which he uses for sorcery.

Frey used the emblem without knowing what it was while still living in present-day New York, suggesting that Atia may have been calling her name for quite some time. In terms of design, Frey's black jeans pair well with his fantasy world cape and belt. The emblem on this real life jacket is from the original Frey jeans house.

Pin badge: Badge

The icons in this symbol perfectly represent a fusion of the modern and the whimsical. In terms of UI functionality, modern simple icons are great, but they should also stylistically evoke a whimsical feel. We carefully combined these two seemingly opposite elements and designed the icons one after the other.

The specific icons that appear on the icons can also be seen in-game when Frey unlocks his magic abilities. This magical icon was inspired by the signs Frey saw in contemporary New York as well as his own experiences in Athia.

This icon collection allows players to spruce up their lives with elegant designs that represent Frey's most powerful abilities.

Forspoken was launched on January 24, 2023.

Finally, I am glad that the day is near when I can share the Forspoken art world that we have been creating for so long. The Luminous Productions team and I hope you enjoy immersing yourself in the universe we have created.
